Advent Calendar Project!

So, for Christmas, (yes, a long way back, this is a *little* bit late) I sewed by brother an advent calendar. It was pretty simple, with a green felt backing and pockets made from scrap fabric, but he really enjoyed it. On some of the pockets, I satin stitched the numbers of the days, and on some others, I just added bells and buttons. One of the nice things about fabric advent calendars, is that they can be re-used again and again and again.

It really is easier than I thought it would be, so maybe next Christmas, you can have a go!
