Delicious Raspberry Smoothies! (Another Recipe?!)



Welcome to the delights of making, serving and drinking your own delicious homemade smoothies! Many people are getting into the "Five A Day Smoothie Craze" but whilst I fully support eating healthily (well, I support others eating healthily), I can't stomach the idea of ruining a yummy raspberry smoothie with kale or beetroot. 

For me, fruit smoothies are a great way of enjoying and using up random fresh fruit such as strawberries, grapes, blueberries, etc. They're also perfect for homegrown fruits too, because while they may not look as "perfect" as shop fruit (so people might avoid eating them), they taste just as good. (Or even better!) 

"How can I get my hands on this wonderful looking smoothie?" I hear you ask. Well, unfortunately, it comes down to practice. I can tell you what I'd normally put in a smoothie, but the ratios are totally down to your personal preference. 

I'd suggest:

Plain yogurt
Honey
Any fresh fruits eg:
Raspberries
Blueberries
Bananas
Grapes
Assorted Seeds (Optional)

Blend them all together (no order or anything!) and then you can literally taste the wonders of simplicity at its best: Homemade Smoothies.
