Unknown Bird Of Prey!

One very observant twitcher has spotted this beauty of a bird. All the researchers at Needle and Thread still can't match it up. We call YOU to try and find this. We have written to a professional at the RSPB and we are awaiting reply.

Amazing, isn't he?

Magpie mobbing the bird

Mobbing is what small birds do to cats,  owls or big birds of prey. They (usually) team up and in their big numbers they can chase away preditors. Also they will do it to protect their nest or territory.

(And the fact that "red kite" is my guess for any brown bird isn't relevant to this at all).
